To confirm the booking, you would need to pay 50% of the total price in advance and the rest of the amount at the beginning of the activity. Your personal details will have to be provided by email or phone, as well as the reservation form.

In case you need to change the date or cancel the route, the minimum notice period is 7 days in advance. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to not refund the money for the booking.

In case you do not attend to the activity without previous notification, the company also reserves the right to not refund the money for the booking, which will go towards paying administration fees.

The company will advise the client or group of any unfavorable weather conditions. If the client or group choose to continue on with the activity, once this activity has begun, the company reserves the right not to refund the booking amount.

If you don’t pay for the booking, the company does not guarantee any availability for the activity. The company does not take any responsibility for changes or incidents that may occur to people who have not pay for the booking.
